The driveway has room for two vehicles, three maximum. Street parking is not allowed. The neighborhood is a nice, quiet neighborhood.

This home can be easily accessed from either 8th Ave SW, or 20th St SW. The easiest way to the beach from the house is to take Southgate Ave to 8th Ave SW, to 20th St SW, to W Bay Drive. Head West on West Bay Drive which will turn into Bellaire Causeway. That will land you at the City of Bellaire Beach. Bellaire Beach is a right-hand turn, and Indian Rock's Beach is a left-hand turn. Both beaches are about 7 minutes from the house and we love both. There is beach access with parking at several locations along Gulf BLVD. It is paid parking and they will ticket. Both beaches are much more quaint and less busy than Clearwater Beach. The water is warm and the sand is white.

There is a great coffee shop nearby that is a local favorite. It's Bellaire Coffee Company and it's on Indian Rocks Rd. For a grocery store, we recommend Publix at 2770 W. Bay Drive.
